This quaint cottage is the perfect lot for fall season and pumpkin carver aficionados.

Ground Floor: Make your path through the front yard covered with loads of pumpkins and enter the house into a small entry foyer. Continue into another foyer with access to the kitchen a bathroom and a ladder leading up.
The kitchen is small but offers everything you need including counter stools for dining and it opens up into the living area.
There is a tiny nook under the sloping roof with a desk and bookshelves, access to the back yard and sofa with TV and a fireplace. From there you also have access to the Pumpkin Carving room under a sloping roof.

Second Floor: Here the bedroom is located with access to a terrace with yoga mat and lounger.

Basement: Walk down the stairs located in the backyard to access a laundry room and a gym.

Backyard: A pond style pool, BBQ area, dining table and hot tub are located here.
