City Palace is a classical designed luxurious mansion with four levels above ground and three below on a compact lot. It has a black and white color scheme inside and out.
There are five bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a two car parking space out front, a bowling alley, indoor pool, spa, gym, sauna, game area, huge master suite on an entire floor, hobby room in the attic and lots of terraces.

Ground Floor: foyer and powder room, open plan living/dining and bar area with fire place, large kitchen with access to a laundry room and the terrace in the back yard, TV/music room, study/library.

Second Floor: 4 kids bedrooms one of which furnished as a nursery and each of them with an en-suite bathroom, two terraces.

Third Floor: Master suite with his and hers bathrooms, access to two terraces

Attic: Atelier for drawing, Karaoke machine and music/video mixing stations

Basement: Indoor pool with jacuzzi, massage room, sauna, gym

Lower Basement: Bowling alley with huge aquarium and lounge area, powder room, gaming area with glass windows looking into the pool.

Third Basement Level: Money vault
