The BeeHive Roastery is a nice place to meet some friends or make new ones.

On the ground floor your Sim can get some food and hot beverages. The tables in this bright area are perfect to study or relax and listen to some good music.
The second floor is the activity area with some cuddly spots to read as well.

I used only base game and University Life objects in this. No CC or Store content.
