Toddlers can use Beach Towels

Why are toddlers not able to use the beach towels that came with Island Living? This is a tuning mod that allows them to relax and nap on the beach towels. I converted the adults relax animations. The animation transitions are looking a bit fast and I could try to improve it at some point.
