No Autonomous Clean up Dishes

This is a XML tuning mod.

Sims will not get up from the table to wash the dishes right after having eaten.

I edited two Interaction tunings for this and maids can continue to clean up the dishes. 

Sims can now relax after they finish eating and just talk at the table. ; )

With parenting skill, parents can influence children to do the dishes and it makes more sense now.

Conflicts

I was not aware that Bienchen had already made a mod like this. I took a look at her mod and she edited one of the interaction tunings I edited and it must conflict with her mod.
