Hey everyone! So I stumbled across this oldie but goodie, the other day, Sigil5’s exercise class
and it gave me a great new idea for a lot: this tai chi center! 

If you download Sigil5’s exercise class mod, you can place the ornamental
vase on the lot and sims will practice tai chi. I thought that would be a
fun activity for my fitness-loving sims and my world travelers. Of course, you could just use the lot for any purpose! Throw a couple
mahjong tables in there and you’ve got a mahjong center. Some tea
tables, and its a tea house! Or it’s just a pretty lot for your
neighborhood  Either way, this lot contains no CC, but I used Lowedeus’ skyboxes for pictures. I hope you (and your sims) enjoy and be sure to check out my other lots here on MTS!
