Base game compatible minimal cc.
With three bedrooms and one bath, it's perfect for a family or a couple. Remodeled over the years as families grew and grew up, it can use a bit of updating for your own Sims family. The kitchen was modern and spacious, until forty years rolled by. Your own modern facelift will bring it back to life. Did anyone ever really like that linoleum, anyway?
Size is 30x20 for plenty of versatility.
I also didn't want to use any CC, but I couldn't resist including some of my own. Then I realized it needed Cicada's Triangle Window 1, there's no substitute for that!
So it's minimal custom content. I used the moveobjects cheat to place some objects.
