This home is for the budding gardener/nature enthusiast or Plant Sims with plenty of garden plants and a Greenhouse to grow their own vegetables. It is also stocked with orange, lemon and apple trees.

It is a rural home with 3 Bedrooms and 2.5 Bathrooms predominantly furnished with the Seasons Expansion Pack and just shy of $100,000.
The front porch has seating and also stairs at the sides if your Sim is looking for a shortcut to go around the house.
In the greenhouse, I have placed a seat for your Sim to take a well earned rest and a bar for refreshments.
