I bulit a beach house from "Totally Spies" animated series in "The Sims 2".
I love the 2000's vibe from the cartoon and I'm happy I could implement it on this lot.

UPDATE! 19.04.2025:

I always want to give you the best experience of my work. Even if I like my previous uploads I always can find something to fix or make it better in them!
That's why I'm coming back to you with this update of a "Totally Spies Beach House".
I changed some things in a way that they would still be similar to the cartoon but also kept this lot functional. So in the end I used a lot of my own ideas to make it more detailed and realistic.

What did I change?
- The terrain is now more smooth around the lot.
- I changed the landscaping to be more accurate.
- The whole shape of the house and roofs looks better and more accurate to the cartoon.
- I just couldn't stand that in my original version of this house there was no Alex room, so I changed the floor plan to be able to add it.
- I know that Alex room has a dark desk in a cartoon and it's in a diffrent corner of a room but new floor plan has a lot of tight spaces so I had to work with my own ideas and with furniture and colors that I like and I think looked good on this lot.
- Now the upper rooms are smaller but they are working as they should and they are more accurate to the cartoon, just like I wanted.
- I added some details to the whole lot.
- I kept the ceilings white. I know that in the cartoon most of the rooms had a colorful ones (Like Sam room had a pink ceiling or Alex room or living room had a blue one but I stayed with white ceilings everywhere to keep it simple.)

I love how my experience raised through the time because I can clearly see the progress in my skills in this build comparing the new one with the old one.

Mods I recommend to use with this lot:
(They are not needed, but that might help with proper working of things on this lot or with gameplay.)

- Shiftable Everything (I used this mod a lot to make this lot detailed. Having it in your 'Downloads' folder might help with proper work of furniture on this lot.)

- Perfect Plants (Some of the plants in garden are set on cheats and your sims may have problems to get to them to take care of those plants.)

- Watch TV from all chairs (Sometimes I set TVs in places that sims can't really wath them from chairs or sofas. This mod will help them to sit and watch the TVs.)

- Use Inaccessible Bed (It helps sims to reach beds if they need to.)

These two uploads are NOT a beach lots.

I used cheats to build it and I tested it so everything should work fine.

I didn't use any custom content to build this.

There are all needed alarms like fire and burglar alarms in all rooms that they need to be in.

I built this in "The Sims 2: Ultimate Collection", so I don't know how it will work with other versions of the game.
