I got a request under my "The Sims 2" remaked build:

So I answered that and started having fun in "The Sims 4".
"Painted Ladies" is a remake of "Bella's Belles Townhomes" from "The Sims 2: Apartment Life".
What I present to you is what I came up with eventually and I hope, that the user vpurple89 will be pleased with it!

I highly recommend "The Sims 4: For Rent" Expansion Pack with this build, so your sims could use this lot as an actual houses for rent.
There is no mailbox on this lot because I have no idea how to make these houses for rent. I don't own this expansion pack.
You can obviously create interior of the houses whatever you want if you need. These houses and their interiors are just my own ideas of how they might look.

The only DLC you might need is a "Holiday Celebration Pack", but honestly the whole lot was made in a base game. Also this mentioned DLC is for free!

To instal it, you need to unzip all the files into Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Tray.

I didn't use any custom content to build this.
