Chair Fix: Allow Use 45° Angle

All of the chairs in game can be rotated with the 45° angle cheat (boolprop allow45degreeangleofrotation true) and most of them can be used by your Sims when they are rotated but some couldn't. Now they can. This mod modifies the cres on each of these chairs to allow use when rotated:

Place in your download folder. No expansion or stuff packs are needed. Thanks to the Sims Crafters discord and Sunrader who noticed the problem and tested all of the chairs to find those that needed to be fixed.
