Multipurpose neighborhood template for a dream world

The code name for this template is Macrophage Island due to the irregular expansion of its terrain whose peninsulas seem to trap fragments in the water.
the external part of the island has deep sea and in its internal part a river of slight depth.
It must keep in mind that in the external parts of the island beach lots with a high slope can be created while in the internal part beach lots with a low slope can be created.
The areas for plots without beach are completely flat.
The roads were created in such a way that the use of a camera mode is optional.
Depending on where the lots are created, you can obtain a pleasant landscape environment and even with a view of the river on the other side.
Due to limitations on neighborhood camera ranges this template doesn't look like an island, but this one is.

Where can you create and put beach lots ?



In this template you can create beach lots in the areas indicated with a white arrow, below I have linked a list of beach lots that I have created and that can be placed in this template and are indicated with a colored arrow blue.
The objective of this template is that users who for some reason could not install the beach lots created by me can install them without problems, only the beach lots that I have created and those that other users of the community have created can be used. with standard beach lots from the game.
