This is a bone-based slider that adjusts the legs to create an animal-like leg effect. It works for all ages and genders.
This slider is called "Digitigrade Legs" can be found in the 'Head and Ears' section in Create-A-Sim.
For children and toddlers, slightly lower settings of the slider look better. You can see my recommended settings in the picture below.

It is designed to be used with digitigrade style custom feet.
