DOWNLOAD NOW: This 24-unit apartment complex was created by the Simooligan Community as part of #SimooliChallenge01, hosted on Simooligan's Twitch channel in October 2020, where participants were assigned an apartment unit and tasked with furnishing their unit to their liking, for their own self. Needless to say, the results were diverse and absolutely amazing! The building features a courtyard with pool, barbeque area, lounge, and fire pit! For apartment assignments, see below!
