Welcome to 12 Baytucket Lane, a sprawling Cape Cod-inspired mansion settled on a massive 64x64 lot! Surrounded by expansive landscaping, the exterior of the home is adorned by floor to ceiling windows, steep-angled roof lines, wrap-around porches, and no shortage of architectural detail. No detail has been spared on the interior with copious amounts of decoration and stylish furnishing across 3 finished floors. In total, there are 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms among approximately 40 finished rooms across the equivalent of approximately 7,000 square feet of finished interior living space.

Four pictures in a post are not enough to capture the essence of this build, so I invite you to check out all of the attached photos! Note that many of the exterior photos do not have trees in order to provide visibility to the home. When in use, you will find that the property is surrounded by large trees.

<b>First Floor:</b>

The front of the first floor has a keeping room, 2-story foyer, and living room. A large executive home office flows into a painting room. A large family room is located in the back middle, followed by a dining room and gourmet kitchen. A centrally-located power room is also located just off the front keeping room. Several wrap-around porches are accessible from the first floor.

<b>Second Floor:</b>

The master suite is located in the back of the second floor, and features a large bedroom, sitting room, balcony, walk-in closet, and luxury bathroom. Two bedrooms participate in a "Jack and Jill" configuration, sharing a large bathroom. A fourth bedroom with ensuite bathroom and closet is located on the second floor, as well. Finally, there is a laundry room just off the 2-story Great Room on the second floor.

Note that there is a glitch in the roof where a portion is visible in part of the hallway around the 2-story foyer. After extensive testing, I could not figure out a way to get rid of this section of roof.

<b>Basement:</b>

The basement has a complete second kitchen and bar area, living room, and dining room. A side hallway leads to a home gym and guest bedroom, complete with a closet and bathroom. There is a large unfinished portion of the basement that can be converted into whatever your Sims need.

<b>Backyard: </b>

The backyard is set-up for relaxation and entertainment. First, a large centrally located pool offers relief from warm summer days. A grilling area and hot tub area are located just off the pool. A pool house is also adjacent to the pool, complete with a kitchen, living room, and full bathroom. A side storage room completes the pool house. A gardening area for our Sims to practice their green thumbs is located to the back left of the pool house, as well. On the other side of the backyard is a large firepit, perfect for those crisp fall nights. Extensive landscaping and lighting complete the backyard.

<b>Summary:</b>

This home underwent several iterations on several different lots before I felt it was right. I hope you enjoy playing out your Sims' lives in this mansion!
