And just as advertised, "The Fullerton two-story home is popular because it meets the needs of so many people". With three bedrooms and two baths, there's plenty of room for the whole family, or either of the secondary bedrooms could easily be converted to studies, guest rooms, hobby rooms, or used to meet any number of other needs. The lot comes fully furnished, though you may find that the previous owners have let the landscaping go a little bit wild!

Notes: The dormer on the front of the home uses a trick in order to allow roofing on half-walls and as a result, the roof there is somewhat finicky and may disappear if adjustments are made to the shape and size of the rooms in the house.
