Description
If my grandmother had wheels, she would have been a bike, and if your house had wheels, then it'd be an incredible and affordable Simple Singlewide with starter furnishings and a fully weathered (landscaped might be a bit generous of a description) lawn! This two-bedroom trailer is fully base game compatible and the perfect option for the Sim on a budget.

I based this home on singlewide mobile homes like the one displayed below:
