This loft is a combination of Baroque and Moroccan architectural elements and is ideal for nooks and crannies in any type of neighborhood, even in university suburbs or as a vacation home in tourist suburbs.

On the first floor of the building there is the kitchen, living room with Moroccan furniture as well as the dining room.
On the second floor there is the bedroom with a double bed, the bathroom and a small balcony that gives access to the terrace with a hot tub, a bar and two sofas.
