Following a grant from the Scurrow family, Sims University is pleased to unveil the Charles Scurrow Art Studio! This studio provides a quiet space for artists of all kinds to practice their craft. It also houses a coffee shop, whether Sims have a late-night burst of creativity or they're studying a different major and just want to stop in!

First Floor
The first floor contains the coffee shop for Sims of all majors to enjoy as well as a painting studio for Sims skilled (or not so skilled) with a brush.



Second Floor

The third floor contains a balcony for Sims to paint outdoors. In addition, Sims will no longer need to try to stuff a sculpting station into their dorm rooms, because there's a studio for that here too.


Basement
If your artistic talents extend to a musical instrument, the basement is the place for you! Home to several practice rooms for both individuals and full bands, Sims of all instruments can practice here!
