Note: Always remember to backup your saves when testing Mods to the game This is just a minor tuning tweak in regards to quirk notifications that I think would be beneficial in the future, there are 2 packages, one for toddlers and one for infants.
Both can be installed at the same time, or you can just use one of these depending on the life stage you want to change. This will only affect the notification wall popup.
