Hello! So this is my first dormatory building in The Sims. It's geometric and contemporary - very minecraft style. The exterior and interior is graphite, yellow and white color scheme. There are 16 dorm rooms for your sims in 2 styles (all 3x5 size). Every floor has different activities. First floor is a chill space with lots of place for sitting and watching TV. The second floor is a cafeteria, so there's a kitchen and some tables. Third floor is intented to be a place where the students can learn new skills and use the PC. I designed a party room on the last fourth floor with a bar, game tables and a billiard table. Hope you'll like it. Have a fantastic new year <3
