I thought the Landgraab house from The Sims 2 was ineffective. It has an interesting shape, but it's quite small for the great Landgraab Family. EA made bigger houses and in the case of Landgraab family they really could give him something unique, large and centuries-old. My first looks at this house were skeptical because this house is just too EA. I thought it couldn't be fixed. It's a pity that EA messed this house up, when this family has a really interesting lore, as one of the richest families in the entire The Sims 2 and the house is so wasted.
210 Wright Way from Pleasentview, or the House of Fallen Trees from Downtown are about 3 times larger, than the size of Landgraab's house. And what? He's so rich and can't afford a bigger house? No sense. I'm sorry that EA wasted the potential of this family in TS2.
That's why I'm coming with this remake. Now that I've spent a few hours on it I can tell you that I came up with something pretty nice. I managed to achieve something that could reflect at least a piece of the splendor of this family!

I used cheats to build it, I tested it, so it should work fine.

I didn't use any custom content to build this.

I built this in "The Sims 2: Ultimate Collection", so I don't know how it will work with other versions of the game.
