A quick build that I finished in 2 days. I needed a new gym in my game that I would locate in Académie Le Tour. I wanted to keep the main style of this neghbourhood in this build. I also wanted to make a half rounded roof made of a floor. I took inspiration from "The Sims 3: University Life" DLC where you can find similar stadium. The roof I made reminded me of a train station so I also came up with a story for this build. I didn't pay much attention to the gardens I just made a cute little park behind with a sculpture. I wanted to focus more on insides of this build.

Lot description:
"This building was renovated into a gym. There was a train station here before where students from all over the world would come here to study on this prestige university. With time the train station wasn't that needed due to new comunications systems. The main hall was renovated into a pool and gym and the ticket registers were turned into a coffee shop. The whole building was also modernized but the old architectural was kept the same."

If in your version of this lot the ceiling looks wrong, simply delete it all and restore it back. It will fix the problem.

(They are not needed, but that might help with proper working of things on this lot or with gameplay.)

- Shiftable Everything (I used this mod a lot to make this lot detailed. Having it in your 'Downloads' folder might help with proper work of furniture on this lot.)

I used cheats to build it and I tested it so everything should work fine.

I didn't use any custom content to build this.

I built this in "The Sims 2: Ultimate Collection", so I don't know how it will work with other versions of the game.
