Vampire/Werewolf Super-Speed Fix

While working on my character's own super-speed buff, I noticed that no-one(looking at you EA) has uploaded a fix that fixes the issue with the Werewolf/Vampire super-speed not working over long-distances. This mod fixes that issue by simply making the sim always choose to use the super-speed regardless of the distance(yes, this also includes very-short/indoor distances disabling the abilities too such as tending your garden or walking indoors).

I've also uploaded a separate version that only fixes the long distance running with super-speed while keeping the short-distance walking the way it is. (If... anyone wants that for some reason?) This will probably re-break the super-speed indoors though since sim logic dictates they walk while inside.

NOTE: You'll see two "Vampiricly Run Here" interactions when the ability is activate on your vampire sim. Had to do that because you can't override short/run walk-styles specifically with interactions like you can with buffs. The workaround was to add the supernatural speed buff/ability to the sim while they are doing the "Vampiricly Run Here" interaction. They'll practically do the same exact thing though so no worries.

REVISION: I've replaced the "Vampiricly Run Here" interaction with an immediate interaction that'll allow you to quickly turn on/off the vampire run by clicking on the ground. This will allow you activate the ability while your sims are doing other actions similar to the werewolf's on/off super-speed toggle.
