I was able to understand the logic and whatnot behind the underground garage even more after doing it a couple of times so I thought about a residence that would utilise this.

This is a pretty extravagant house on a smaller scale fit for Sims that like to flaunt it with style. Is a bit modern but not entirely modern, just built with the thought of wanting to live in this house too which I really do.

Whilst checking out some of the base game houses within The Sims 2, I passed by "Townhouse - 3BR 2.5BA" and liked the general gimmick of it which in turn ended up becoming the main inspiration for this build so think of this as an upgraded version of that house ahahah but I hope you enjoy this one!

Please note: I do own Ultimate Collection so am unsure what items within the lot is from what expansion pack so please be aware of this.
