Compact 2x2 lot w/ basement garage

Hi!
My first upload is a small 2x2 residential lot with basement garage and elevator. I've used Numenor's seamless wallwindows, so you can see your sims in the elevator from the outside (kinda of panoramic view). Hope you like it.
The lot is unfurnished and costs 33.778 simoleons. I've tried to reduce the number of CCs to a minimal, so that you can decorate the house as you like it.
