Please note:
The Dance Hall Dresser has a separate mirror and I have placed both items in the same folder.
From Buy Mode Decorative/Mirrors, select the Dance Hall Dresser MIrror and place on the wall, before placing the Dance Hall Dresser in front of it. No cheats are required to fit the position on the dresser.
My SimPE settings include having CEP enabled.

I have also attached separate zip.files for each item.
