At first glance some of the items seem almost identical to the Sims 2 Club Collection; so I have opted to use different color woods and a modern geometric fabric rather than the default set.
My SimPE settings include having CEP enabled.

The TS3 Club Collection zip.file contains all 11 items (separate folders for each item) plus the collection file. I have also attached separate zip.files for each item.
