No Toggle Limits for Servo Behavior Modules

Something I recently noticed is that for some reason, the "Toggle Behavior Modules" picker on servos has a minimum selection limit of 2 unlocked modules and a maximum limit of 4 at the upper enhancement levels (for 6 altogether), which I think is odd and counterintuitive for a toggling window. It's also an issue if your servo only has 1 module unlocked, which is under the minimum of 2 and the window has no cancel button, so in that case the window can softlock your game.
This mod removes these limits so that you can now toggle all, one, none, etc. of the behavior modules to use on your servo however you want and without issues!
