Updated: I forgot my Coffee shops, so I shared here in case you are interested, the file already updated and included, you can redownload it ^^

I was browsing for an advertisement board when I came across this cool board. I think it's great for marketing or creating your version of business in the Sims 2, so I created my version, and I think it's nice enough to be shared, hehe. I made two versions of the frame the first one is aluminum and the other is wood:

I also made two versions of the board: one with my version of the lot name (some I got from the name generator) and the other without my lot name, just the product it advertises. The mesh is included in the file.
