I was looking at lots in Belladonna Cove and I found one that I've never seen. It's called "240 Desmond Drive" in the game. I thought that in the original place where this lot stands there could be a night club with other "kinds" of joy for our sims.
I used the original name of the lot only for inspiration because it was just perfect fit for this kind of a build. It has nothing to do with the original lot that was there, only a name.
A night club with all kinds of fun: restaurant, bar, party place with a DJ booth, bubble blower and variety of different coloured rooms for WooHooing. You know what I mean here! And there is also a little "gift" shop for our sims to buy perfume or... Naughty underwear!
I didn't have high hopes for this build. I knew I wanted to make a club with rooms to "rent" for a night but the begginings were really hard with getting right ideas. After some time spent on this lot and adding new stuff I was able to make it all happen.
What I like about this build is how colourful it is with all the neons, lights and mixed styles nad how detaild it is. The whole lot has this industrial look that I think I like the most to make in this game. I love that "The Sims 2" engine actually gave me an opportunity to build this "kind" of a place.

Lot description:

Do you want to go crazy this night? Do you feel like you want to let loose? Come and visit Joys at Desmond Drive! You can find every kind of fun and joy you can possibly imagine to have or buy!

Mod I recommend to use with this lot:
(It's not needed, but it might help with proper working of things on this lot or with gameplay.)

- Shiftable Everything (I used this mod a lot to make this lot detailed. Having it in your 'Downloads' folder might help with proper work of furniture on this lot.)

I used cheats to build it and I tested it so everything should work fine.

I didn't use any custom content to build this.

I built this in "The Sims 2: Ultimate Collection", so I don't know how it will work with other versions of the game.
