Here your Sims can enjoy a snack, host a party, dip in the water (at their own risk), and look at the most Majestic thrones ofcourse!

In the downloads there are two files, one is the Loovre fully furnished, the other one is just the shell of the building. Use it as you wish.
(But No reuploads please)

I've selected all expansion packs as used because I used all toilets available, but I honestly don't know which packs don't have toilets so there may be a few you won't need. Most of the furniture and decoration comes from Into the Future.
