This is Maxis Ideal Platsim with genetic infant face (just a sim, not the NPC replacement). I babyfied him following Ivycopur's tutorial, which means his original appearance is unchanged, but his babies will display all features inherited from him instead of just those from generic face template.

Installation
You need to put the package file into your Documents\EA Games\The Sims 2\SavedSims folder and the sim will appear in CAS and Body Shop.
