Fixed the genetic eye colors and added recessive genes to the Traveller family members (I forgot about that before ;_; ).

Stealth Hoods as Shopping Districts
Even though I use Jawusa's Clean And Empty Stealth Hood Templates that prevent bin families and Maxis NPCs from appearing in every single hood, I sometimes still want to add these sims to some selected hoods. Thus, for quite a long time I used meetmetotheriver's stealth hoods as shopping districts and PlumbTales' townie/NPC pools. Now, I've created my own versions to better match my preferences - perhaps someone else will find them useful as well!
These subhoods are meant to be added to the main hood in-game and deleted immediately - see the install instructions for more details.
If you want stealth hoods with genetic infant faces that still work as stealth hoods, you may prefer kingakicia2001's versions.

Genetic Infant Faces
They're the main difference between mine and meetmetotheriver's or PlumbTales' versions. I babyfied all sims following Ivycopur's tutorial, which means their original appearances are unchanged, but their babies will display all features inherited from them instead of just those from generic face templates. This means you'll get to see the full beauty of the Ottomas twins right at birth!
By "all sims" I mean literally all sims with a character file, including such NPCs as Unsavory Charlatans, Food Judges or ninjas - if you want to make them playable for some reason, this video by April Black may give you an idea.
I've uploaded babyfied versions of sims from bin families here.

What Else Have I Done?
  • Fixed inconsistencies in ages of sims and pets.
  • Assigned proper memories to all the bin families sims.
  • Added some recessive genes for variety - some of those may seem pretty random, as there were no ancestors I could base them on, but I wanted to make future children more interesting.
  • Run subhoods through the HoodChecker and fixed all the issues it detected.
  • Deleted or fixed broken townies/NPCs (depending on the level of borkiness).
  • Fixed inconsistencies in sims relations and deleted relations to object NPCs.
  • Changed One True Hobbies for Hobby Instructors to match the hobbies they actually teach.

Fixed Fitness Textures Mismatch
In original versions fitness textures of some sims (Julien Cooke, Dora Ottomas, Jessica and Matthew Picaso) didn't match their actual fitness level. Now they do.

Display Pets Made Adoptable
Pets stealth hood contains bunch of so-called Display Pets that appear in displays on pet stores. They serve as templates for pets your sims can buy and can't really be made playable in normal gameplay, even though they have complete character data, which seems like a wasted potential for me. So, I added those pets to the adoptable pets pool.

Tourists' Family Ties
Exotic Destinations stealth hood comes with bunch of tourists townies households, each of them containing few sims that share the surname, travel together and appear to be family, while not really being a family. In my version they are - see details behind the spoiler.

Uploaded Files
Most of hoods come in following versions:
  • Standard - includes all the bin families, townies and NPCs.
  • Lite - incudes all the bin families and townies, but only one NPC per type (for example, one butler, one hobby instructor per each hobby, etc.). I didn't make a Lite version for Weather subhood, though, as the only NPCs included there are the Garden Club members, so it makes sense to have multiple of them. Lite version of Magic subhood doesn't include pets.
  • Bin Families - includes bin families only (no townies or NPCs).
  • Townies & NPCs - includes townies and NPCs only (no bin families).
Additionaly, since Magic subhood contains some adoptable pets (that were probably added there by mistake), I've included two more versions specific for this single subhood:
  • No Pets - all sims from the Magic subhood aside from pets.
  • Pets - just pets from the Magic subhood.

Install Instructions
  • Extract the archives and place the included folders into your {install location}\The Sims 2 Open For Business\TSData\Res\NeighborhoodTemplate\ directory.
  • Always backup your neighborhood before adding any subhoods.
  • Launch your neighborhood and add selected subhoods just like you'd add Bluewater Village. You'll need Mootilda's Fix subhood selection for that.
  • Delete these subhoods in-game after adding them. All the sims that came with them will remain.
  • It's a good idea to run your hood with a HoodChecker afterwards, as adding subhoods partially corrupts memories of added sims.

Known Issue
If you add shopping districts, the names of townies and NPCs that come with those districts will be randomized. If this bothers you, you can use this program by lingeringwillx to restore their original names.

Strongly Recommended
These subhoods don’t make sense to use unless you have either Clean And Empty Stealth Hood Templates or stealth hoods disabled - they will work otherwise, but you'll end up with some duplicated sims.
