Lot description:

"You can find a plenty of fun in here! There is exclusive restaurant where you can play cards. There is a club with a bar, jacuzzi, lots of good food and music! There are also 2 shops, one with electronics and one with fashion. Also there is this little, abandoned, suspicious flat."

This was build in "The Sims 2: Ultimate Collection", so I'm not sure if it will work on any other version of the game.
