Is your sim looking to buy a restaurant? Do they love Art Deco? Well then they're in luck! On The Ritz is now available for purchase in your neighbourhood. This well-decorated restaurant features a foyer, single bathroom, spacious dining room, and kitchen on the main floor, suitable for sims and their families looking for a bite to eat. Curious sims may find the back staircase leading to the basement which contains a genuine speakeasy, billiards room, entertainment room, and a double bathroom. All ages are welcome, with juice available at the bar for teens and children.

This restaurant is CC-free and no sim has ever been on the lot.
The package was cleaned with Mootilda's Clean Installer and compressed with Chris Hatch's Lot Compressor.

This lot has a 2-step foundation so if you want to allow large dogs inside you will need simler90's Stairs Mod to be able to access the building.

Because this was built using the Grid Adjuster, if you scroll down too far you may end up in The Blue Void. If this happens just page up to the basement level and everything will work as usual.

If you use Voeille's Water Overhaul like I do, a pool tile on the lot will be required for it to look like mine. For convenience I have hidden one under the weeping willow. This shouldn't be noticeable unless you move the tree.

I've played this as both a community lot and a sim-owned lot. Just add an open/closed sign if you want your sims to be able to run it.

Please note that in some of the pictures I'm using a default replacement for the community phone which I forgot to remove. This will not appear on your lot, you will be the regular community phone or your DR instead. I've attached a picture with the regular community phone to show the difference. If you're interested I'm using HugeLunatic's Community Phone, version 3.

You may also notice that the basement appears to have a "string" hanging from the ceiling to the floor. This is from using the Grid Adjuster and will not show up in Live mode.
