After years of living in a crowded neighbourhood are your sims looking for a change? If so, they may be interested in purchasing the Reel Catch Fishin' Hole, a quiet outdoor residential lot located by a beautiful private lake. The main floor features a foyer, living room, powder room, and kitchen/dining room combo. Upstairs is a full bathroom, family room, and two bedrooms. Attached is a small private garden area perfect for relaxing with a cup of coffee and enjoying the outdoors.

The lot also contains a small outbuilding intended for use as a home business selling freshly caught fish. It contains a cash register and five decra-chill display cases. There is also a bbq grill and a campfire for those looking to spend some more time outdoors. A covered dock overlooks the lake that sims are able to fish off of. Sims can dig for worms at the dirt patch across from the dock, and an outhouse can be placed nearby to avoid having visitors tramping through the house to use the bathroom.

This is CC-free and no sim has ever been on the lot.
The package was cleaned with Mootilda's Clean Installer and compressed with Chris Hatch's Lot Compressor.

If you use Voeille's Water Overhaul like I do, a pool tile on the lot will be required for it to look like mine. For convenience I have hidden one under the flowers in the backyard.

Please note that sims can't actually dig for worms unless you're using a mod that allows you to do so.
