Hi, as I have my computer back, I decided to upload all my past builds to MTS to have them in one place.

I'll start with the first house I was happy enough with to share online (okay, there was one house before this... but it wasn't any good), and at the same time the house with which I won the contest on a Polish forum back in 2016. I refer to it as “my first house in The Sims” because it was the first one I truly put effort into learning how to build, and all the previous ones were so bad that they should never see the light of day.

The shell was provided as part of the contest, so the task was to renovate the house, create a garden, and decorate the interiors. The layout of the rooms couldn't be changed, and no walls could be deleted. I've included screenshots of how the house looked before the renovation. Unfortunately, I can't share more details about the contest because the forum no longer exists.

For the interiors, I went for a modern look. The house has one bedroom and a creativity room, so it's perfect for a single Sim or a couple, maybe a small family if you decide to convert the extra room into a bedroom. The garden is a bit of a mess, especially the front yard - I didn’t really know what I was doing at the time. Still, I’m quite satisfied with how this house turned out, and I hope someone will find it useful!
