I've never thought I would build this house ever in my life.
And why is that?

"Practical Magic" a movie that I remember from my childhood. And many of you watched it too and many of you fall in love with it.
So what's my issue?

I love movies and shows about witches. And it's obvious I watched this movie as a kid. But when I decided to rewatch it as an adult I thought that this movie... Is actually boring.
And from this place I want to say sorry if my statement offended someone!
The movie had very little magic scenes. It was talked so much how powerful Sally is as a witch but I couldn't see it. And the actual action of the movie didn't ever start, because the movie finished before that. I don't hate any actors that played in the movie. They did a fantastic job. It was just the script and probably the money that made this movie boring. (And that's my opinion.)

But let's talk about the house.

That was one, big and beautiful victorian mansion! I know it was just a plan for taking pictures for the movie and this house doesn't exists anymore. And I just LOVE victorian mansions filled with details and cluttered with stuff.
But my issue again...

I never liked this particular house that much.

So why bother to build it?

I needed a house for my gameplay for 3 witches. And I wanted something different from "Charmed" manor. Actually I searched web for many houses that would fit my expectations. Of course... I found nothing that suited me. So I decided to build something myself and I chose this house, from this movie.

Now let me tell you about the house you have in front of your eyes that I built.
This is NOT the exact copy of the house from the movie. I tried my best to search for blueprints of the original, I looked at many ideas and pictures of the manor to make it resemble the original. But I had to use many shortcuts and my ideas for many solutions around the lot. That's why it's called "✨reimagined✨". Also I wanted to make this house functional so everyone can play in it without issues.

I think I did a good job with this lot. It's victorian, it's cluttered and it resembles the "Practical Magic" movie house. And that is what I wanted to achieve.

Mods I recommend to use with this lot:
(They are not needed, but that might help with proper working of things on this lot or with gameplay.)

- Shiftable Everything (I used this mod a lot to make this lot detailed. Having it in your 'Downloads' folder might help with proper work of furniture on this lot.)

I used cheats to build it and I tested it so everything should work fine.

I didn't use any custom content to build this.

There are all needed alarms like fire and burglar alarms in all rooms that they need to be in. They are covered up with furnitures or architecture structures.

I built this in "The Sims 2: Ultimate Collection", so I don't know how it will work with other versions of the game.
