Since the dawn of time, there's been an issue where sims who die outside of the active household are never mourned, even if your sim had a high relationship with them. Due to an EA oversight, the minimum relationship needed for a non-household member to be mourned is 101. Since relationships only go up to 100, this results in your sims never grieving their loss. I've never seen a standalone fix for this problem, so I whipped one up.
This sets the minimum relationship level for mourning an inactive sim to 65, around the 'good friend' stage. This value can be tweaked in S3PE if so desired.
This mod changes the Urnstone_0x8332d3edece83e1e XML, and will conflict with any other mod which uses it.
