"Born in 1970s brutalism as a “modern experiment” in higher education, Bosque Alegre University mixes cracked concrete, delayed dreams, and pigeons who legally own Block C. Some buildings shine after careful renovation; others breathe chalk dust, mold, and despair. Everything is free here – tuition, drama, and confusion – but while getting in is nearly impossible, imagine what it takes to actually get out.

The campus is surrounded by the lush Simtlantic Forest, but once inside, it’s a labyrinth of mismatched room numbers, the legendary “East Pavilion bathroom” (that no Sim has ever found), and frantic three-block sprints to rescue a forgotten printed paper. Free dorms offer single rooms – a rare luxury – until you face the communal bathrooms, a daily lottery of questionable hygiene.

Nights in Bosque Alegre are unforgettable (whether you want to remember them or not): shady bars, the mythical abandoned house known as The Hole, and wild parties where even the nerdiest Sim ends up dancing on the table. Friendships bloom, egos collapse, and student drama here is far from an elective subject."

This neighborhood is loosely based on Brazilian federal and state universities, which I know best, but of course in Simified version. This was mainly built because I hate the premade universities and wanted to make something pretty, but still maxis match, and that included items from all packs, so that I could attach to my future neighborhoods.

It includes 21 lots in total:

- 2 dormitories

- 4 houses (2 of them designed to be Greek houses)

- 1 "Kitnet" apartment building with 4 units

- 14 community lots, spread inside and outside the campus, which is divided in the neighborhood using trees.

⚠️ Note: This is the Portuguese version (PT-BR). US English and populated versions of the neighborhood are on plans to be released soon.

Installation:
Extract the folder to the following directory (may vary depending on your game and install configurations):

C:\Program Files\EA Games\The Sims 2 Ultimate Collection\University Life\EP1\TSData\Res\NeighborhoodTemplate

When you start a new university in The Sims 2, Uni Bosque Alegre will appear as one of the selectable options.
