Some say the Old Landgraab Mines are haunted by the ghosts of old outlaws, but maybe that's just to put folks off digging there. One thing's for sure - there's gems in them there hills.

This is a tomb Adventure set in an old cowboy mine. I made the lot for 2006, Sudden Cove Valley in Appaloosa Plains to go in front of the ruined mine entrance where the Rustler's Den is now.

It's a 30x20 lot, and costs 72,358 simoleons.

I've used the moveobjects cheat, so things might not go back easily if you move them around. The key packs are World Adventures, Pets, Supernatural, and University Life, but there are also some decorations from Generations, Seasons, Late Night and Ambitions. No Store, and cc is included.

Extensively play tested, but do let me know if you find a glitch

It's possible to have your Sim work as a miner on the lot. You'll need The_spirit_realm's Miner Career and SonyaYU's Zerbu's Ultimate Careers Updated. Set the Miner's Career to be equivalent to the Military Career, and set the Old Mine as the career lot. Then your Sim will be able to get working credit for clearing rubble piles and disarming traps.
