Welcome to Northton!
Northton once was a monarchy ruled by the Von Barronsburg family until it was overthrown a few generations back. Ever since it became a democracy, there have been several families vying for the position of most powerful. Who will fill the void, will it be the Lloyd family or their rival Payne family? Will the Von Barronsburgs of old rise back to power? Will the shadowy Knight family take the power they once danced around? Or will it be an unexpected member of the neighborhood?

Northton is a populated, CC free, fully custom neighborhood and terrain. All living sims have memories set, have jobs, skills, relationships, and family trees (in most cases). There are custom townies premade. It uses the NID C103, and requires a camera mod to see the entire hood. Each household has a description, family picture in the neighborhood story, and each sim has a bio.

There are 15 households and 53 playable premade sims.

There are 41 lots, 8 being empty (with space to add more if wanted), 3 apartment buildings, 11 community lots, and 5 empty residential houses.

There's a townie family that ties directly into my previous custom neighborhood, Sapphiria Shores, and several of the families have references to my favourite music album. Let me know if you know which one it is!

As requested, I have added the .sc4 terrain file as a downloadable .zip file, if you would like to download and use it, feel free to. (It should be the correct, latest version I used of the .sc4 terrain file, as it went under a couple different iterations while being made, if it looks wrong, please let me know!)

I fixed some broken memories and removed a couple that shouldn't have been there at all, and fixed a few age problems.

I replaced the hood download with an updated version that includes a few fixes I did after uploading, including an apartment that wasn't set properly, and a few spelling mistakes in family bios.
