I've been enjoying Phasmophobia a lot lately and came up with the idea to recreate their map 6 Tanglewood Drive in the sims 2!

I've tried to replicate everything as much as possible with as little CC as possible. The only thing I couldn't add was a basement, as it REQUIRES a foundation to be present and this build does not have that (believe me, I tried to make it work). Besides the cc, which is included, the bedsheets have a default replacement by Revallsay in my game so these are not included!

I will probably create more maps in the future, so stay tuned!
