This Cottage Living Set is perfect for creating a real life village pub in your Sims neighbourhood.

Please note
There are 2 versions of The Gnome's Arms Barstool - a regular barstool and a dining chair version for use with the Village Pub Table or any other counter height table.

My SimPE settings include having CEP enabled.

Gnome's Arms Signage is a sculpture with 12 signs/12 stand options.
