Every Sim home should have the Cabinet for Days Hutch - it is so cute.
Please note
Both fireplaces do not have a chimney and can be located in Buy Mode/Applicances/Miscellaneous.
At the present time, I am unable to extract the mesh (nor textures) for the Wild Woods Rug; if at a later time I can, I will add this to the set.
I have used the Snug Rug from Grandpa's Grove https://modthesims.info/download.php?t=658130 as a substitute.
I have also used the Scallop Edge Coffee Table https://modthesims.info/download.php?t=687304 if you wish to download.
My SimPE settings include having CEP enabled.
