This mod requires Monopatcher to work https://modthesims.info/d/687815/mo...rary-0-3-0.html, place the .package in the "Packages" folder [ld_MonoPatcher.package] into your mods folder in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Mods\Packages

- Overview

One thing that felt odd to me was how the Sims home world in the tooltip would only show travel worlds (China, Egypt and France) only and not other worlds, which made it difficult to know where sims are from at a glance.

This mod expands upon the Known Info tooltip to show the Sim’s home world for all worlds, which is useful for long running saves. Works with base, expansion, store, and custom worlds where names are available, e.g., Aurora Skies, Riverview, Appaloosa Plains.

- Features

• Shows Sim home world for all worlds.

• Retains icons for travel worlds (falls back to text-only when no icon exists)

- Known Issues

• It can sometimes not display names correctly, for example, "Bridgeport" would instead be shown as "New Downtown World" - Now fixed in version 1.1

• It will fail to resolve world names correctly if a Sims in-game data is either corrupted or deleted by story progression.

- Compatibility

• World Adventures is required.

• Store and custom worlds supported when the game can resolve their names
