So I did.
When reincarnating a fairy sim, there will be a happy moodlet. Your sim will actually be happy about reincarnating as a fairy, and not some generic... whatever thingy. This is an override of the rebirth loot action. Not exactly conflict friendly, but I've yet to see anyone else modding it.
Perhaps they are.
But that is to be see.
