It's finally here!

After years of work, what started as a few small trailer remixes has evolved into a full-scale passion project...


THE SIMS: A NEW AGE!
Journey through 86 covers and remixes inspired by the melodies and songs that shaped the Sims franchise. A total of 4.5 hours, familiar melodies are reimagined, refreshed and given new life ready to take you back and make old favorites feel brand new!

~Get nostalgic for The Sims 2 with covers such as Makeover, Barebones and Sim The Builder!
~Reminisce about The Sims 3 with covers such as Amazing Facsimile, Identity Check and Simple Assembly!
~A breath of new life for iconic The Sims 4 songs, such as Test Card 4 4, Breakfast and Hello Tomorrow!




MOD INFO:

This mod ADDS 86 brand new tracks into the game. I spread all the music in the album across all different modes: CAS, Build, Buy, Map View, Menus & Loading Screens.
More specifically:

CAS - 35 tracks
BUY - 24 tracks
BUILD - 19 tracks
MAP VIEW - 18 tracks
MENU - 8 tracks
LOADING SCREEN - 16 tracks

The alternate versions help prevent repetition and keep the experience feeling dynamic and fresh.

Note: Loading screen tracks are normally loopable. However, The Sims 3 does not handle custom loopable tracks reliably (or at least not in a stable way that I’ve found yet). This means loading screen tracks will play once and then remain silent instead of looping. This should only be noticeable during very long loading screens and even then, it’s a minor issue overall.

INSTALLATION & COMPATIBILITY:
You can install it like any other mod. Just download and drop the Package files attached to the post, in your Mods folder, usually found under: "Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 3/Mods/Packages" folder.

The mod has been tested with the latest versions of the game, with no issues or crashes.




CONCLUSION:
This project took years of studying, arranging, developing, and refining. It’s easily the most ambitious thing I’ve made, and I’m incredibly proud to finally share it with you.

If you’ve ever felt nostalgia loading into your favorite neighborhood, building your first home, or sitting in CAS for hours creating one sim...well... this album was made to give you that feeling at least one more time.
