Hi,
To make playing Sims in college more enjoyable, I created a university loosely based on the aesthetic of Dark Academia.
I wanted to create a compact size neighborhood that wouldn't overwhelm the player with the number of lots or disappoint with their lack of detail.

The university neighborhood includes:
  • 5 community lots:
    • the University Main Building (with charming small gardens separating the wings),
    • a Botanical Garden,
    • a Student Association,
    • a Market Square with a few shops,
    • a Library with a Café
  • 4 rental lots:
    • a 14 room dormitory,
    • a 1 BR, 1 BA house,
    • a 2 BR, 2 BA house,
    • a 3 BR, 2 BA house

I didn't add a secret society to the neighborhood.

The neighborhood code is: UWW1
To install, place the UWW1 folder into University Life/EP1/TSData/Res/NeighborhoodTemplates.
This folder can be found in your installation destination folder (not in My Documents data).

Created in AnyGameStarter using all expansions packs, no CC included, no mods required.

The neighborhood is available in two language versions:
  • English
  • Polish
Text translations have been set appropriately in SimPE, but due to the inability to customize the thumbnail and Neighborhood Story tab, two versions are available for download: English and Polish.
